In the UK today, many Arab and Muslim children grow up speaking English as their primary language, while their connection to Arabic gradually becomes limited to a few words used at home. As generations grow, many families begin to notice a widening language and cultural gap between parents and children.

At Al Tibyan Arabic School, we believe that teaching Arabic is not only about learning a language — it is about preserving identity, strengthening communication within families, and helping children grow with confidence in both their British and Arab-Muslim identity.

For this reason, Al Tibyan Arabic School was established to support families and offer high-quality Arabic and Islamic education in a safe and organised environment.

The word “Al Tibyan” (التبيان) comes from the Arabic root meaning clarity, explanation, and making things understood. It reflects the idea of presenting knowledge in a clear, structured, and meaningful way.
